2. How do I get in touch with a UCAS Adviser?

Your school or college should be able to provide you with contact details for their dedicated UCAS Adviser who will be happy to answer any questions you have about the application process. Alternatively, you can contact the UCAS Advice Line on 0808 100 8000 or by emailing [email protected].

3. What information will I need when speaking to a UCAS Adviser?

It’s helpful if you have your course preferences ready and know which universities you are interested in applying to before contacting a UCAS Adviser. You should also come prepared with questions about the application process and any other queries that you may have regarding your chosen courses or universities.

4. How often should I speak to my UCAS Adviser?

You can contact your adviser as regularly as necessary throughout the duration of your application process - it’s important that they know how far along in the process you are so they can best advise you on what comes next!
