  • 1. Go to the website for Nevada Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA). This is a program offered by the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation (DETR) in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • 3. If you are an existing user, enter your username and password in their respective fields and then click “Log In”.
  • 4. If you are a new user, click on “Sign Up Now” and follow the instructions to create your account. Once completed, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to verify your account and set up your credentials including username, password and security questions.
  • 5. Once your account has been created and verified, log in using your username and password if needed, or use the “Forgot Password?” option if necessary.
  • 6. After logging in successfully, you can access all of Nevada PUA's services!
